The Motionbox team orchestrated a seamless evolution of form, beginning with the precision of drawn blueprints that set the structural foundation. From these technical origins, we transitioned into a state of fluid alchemy. This fast-paced journey through material transformations builds to a final, commanding hero shot of the FA Cup—cementing the moment of glory and representing the ultimate goal of the competition.
Turning Liquid Flow To Solid Trophies
A key focus of this project was balancing the trophy’s iconic form with fluid energy. By integrating Houdini fluid simulations into our Blender pipeline, we developed a high-fidelity liquid metal that preserves the core silhouette while introducing dynamic, cinematic movement.
